11 Apprenticeships
Apprenticeship programs train participants to become skilled in a trade or profession, and consists of training that typically combines classroom learning with hands-on work.

Lyft Software Engineering Apprenticeship Program
The Lyft Software Engineering Apprenticeship Program gives aspiring software engineers with non-traditional educational backgrounds an opportunity to break into tech. Participants will engage with engineering teams across the company, get mentored by Lyft engineers, learn new technologies, interface with products, and ship code to production environments.

Lockheed Martin Apprenticeships

Microsoft Leap
Microsoft Leap offers an immersive 16-week experience for those who have a base foundation of technical training. Microsoft Leap combines in-classroom learning with hands-on engineering projects, working on real teams and real products within our organization such as Azure, Xbox, Bing, and Office365.

IBM Apprenticeship
No degree? No problem! At IBM, we are looking for apprentices that have a passion for technology, an appetite for learning, and the determination to succeed. This is a full-time earn and learn program for those who don't have a 4-year bachelor's degree in the field but have acquired knowledge in the domain.

Google Engineering Apprenticeships
Apprenticeships contribute towards the development of digital skills by providing opportunities for work and study. They can serve as part of your journey to a meaningful career. During the program, apprentices get exposure to different areas and teams at Google, while receiving external training and developing their professional skills on the job.

Airbnb Connect Software Engineering Apprenticeship
Connect is a paid 6-month apprenticeship program at Airbnb that provides a pathway to entry-level software engineering roles for individuals with nontraditional technical backgrounds.
In the beginning you’ll learn from Airbnb’s Technical Engineering Instructor about the ins and outs of coding at Airbnb in a workshop environment. You’ll start to do some practical work before you eventually start coding with teams.
At the end of the apprenticeship, there’s potential to convert to a permanent, entry-level software engineering role making a real impact on Airbnb’s product.

Accenture Apprenticeship
In 2016, Accenture established its internal apprenticeship program, and a year later cofounded, along with AON, the Chicago Apprentice Network, partnering with local employers like McDonald’s, Zurich Insurance and Walgreens to jumpstart their professional apprenticeship programs. Today, the network has 70+ member organizations and has well exceeded its initial goal to create 1,000+ apprenticeships.

Amazon Jump Start Junior Coder Apprenticeship
Under the direction of a developer, Junior Coders are heavily involved in programming by implementing simple code or modifying established applications. They may be responsible for responding to client support requests by investigating, analyzing, debugging, and rectifying simple issues. They gather user needs to develop and maintain software solutions. They work within a team to design and complete projects.

Oscar Health Software Engineering Apprenticeship
Oscar is a technology-driven, consumer-focused health insurance startup founded in 2012 and headquartered in New York City. As a member of our 16 week Spring Apprenticeship program, you will have the unique opportunity to work alongside an exceptional group of technologists while developing hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. Through our paid Oscar Health Apprenticeship, we aim to hire engineers just entering the professional tech environment and increase representation of currently underrepresented populations in tech. We especially encourage applications from groups currently underrepresented in the field of computer science (women, Black, Hispanic, and American Indian populations).

The Science and Engineering Apprenticeship Program (SEAP)
The Science and Engineering Apprenticeship Program (SEAP) places high school students in Department of Navy (DoN) laboratories where they take part in real Naval research for eight weeks during the summer. SEAP gives academically talented sophomores, juniors, and seniors interested in STEM the opportunity to learn about Naval research and technology while receiving first-class mentoring by top scientists and engineers.
